Luke Hamilton-Jones

Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Hamilton-Jones is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at The Valesco Group, with 10+ years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Valesco, he worked at Cadogan Estates in London, a property manager, investor and developer. During his tenure at Cadogan Estates, Mr. Hamilton-Jones led on strategy, investment and asset management for a mixed-use portfolio valued at ~£0.5bn, comprising over 100 leases across most asset classes including offices, retail and hospitality. He also led on portfolio development, supervising 11 active development opportunities through pre-screening and full financial viability stages. Mr. Hamilton-Jones holds a MSt Real Estate with Merit from the University of Cambridge and a First Class BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and the Environment from the University of Plymouth. He was awarded the RICS Matrics Commercial Property Surveyor of the Year in 2024, is a Member of the RICS and sits on the boards of RICS Matrics UK, the RE:Futures Future Leaders and the CULS Commercial Property Forum.
