Mr. Molenaar is Chief Operating Officer at The Valesco Group, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in real estate investment and asset management across private equity, institutional and sovereign backed platforms. He has held senior leadership positions at globally recognised real estate firms including Henderson Park, Cerberus Capital Management, Hammerson and Jamestown. Over the course of his career, Mr. Molenaar has led and scaled real estate investment and operating platforms across Europe and internationally, while overseeing strategic joint ventures with leading institutional investors and operators. His experience spans special situations, complex development, value add, core plus and core strategies across the office, residential, hospitality, logistics, retail and data centre sectors. At Valesco, Mr. Molenaar is responsible for operational leadership, strategic execution and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s real estate investment and asset management activities. Mr. Molenaar holds an MSc from Delft University of Technology and has completed Executive Management Training at London Business School.
